Think about what feeling you would like to evoke and the color associated with that feeling. For instance, if you a want a sense of peace or relaxation, think about what color would represent that feeling to you. Once you have the color in mind, make yourself comfortable and close your eyes. Begin breathing in through your nose to the slow count of 4 and out through your mouth to the slow count of 7-8 for about 1 minute. Once you are settled in, begin to imagine the color you have chosen coming into your body with each in-breath and leaving your body on each out-breath. Continue this for 5 minutes or more as often as you like throughout the day. You will begin to build up a resilience to stress. Enjoy
