Energy Medicine for Abundant Living;
Exploring and Healing Your Energy Patterns II
EM II builds on the knowledge you gained in EM I. As EM I contains a good amount of information, this workshop will focus on reviewing what you learned previously to make sure your questions are answered. Then we move deeper into learning techniques that help you ease your own emotions in a simple and gentle way. You will also learn why you tend to go back to habits that you don’t like despite great effort on your part to change. You will discover the significance of fluctuations in your body temperature (hot and cold) that could be a signal that your body is overwhelmed. You will walk away with great information about your body, how it works energetically and how you can balance it to have a more enjoyable and resilient life. Priceless!
Intentions for Abundant Living
Do you remember as a little child throwing a penny in a water fountain (wishing well) and wishing for something special? Well, we were not so far off in our thinking that our wishing or our thoughts played an important role in the outcomes of our life. In this powerful workshop you will learn the concepts of intention, how it works and most importantly how you can create the life you want to live. We will use many techniques to discover what you truly want out of life. Then put you on the path of achieving them. You will experience a way to reach the Delta and Theta waves in your brain. These brain wave states are a place where there is no contradiction to the changes you want in your life. (For instance, I can sleep better……inner chatter……. “no I can’t, I can never sleep well.” or ” I can lose wait”…….. inner chatter……….”No, I always fail when I try to lose weight”……… The second, contradictory part does not exist in the Delta and Theta wave states. You get to set your own intentions with no argument
