What I have found, is that when my energies are balanced, the world is a much more enjoyable place to live. Before learning about Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) I didn’t realize that my energies were not balanced to an optimum level most of my day. I thought I felt pretty good, but after having an EEM session, I felt super peaceful and clearheaded, more than I had with other energy treatments.  I had an extra spring in my step and felt like I had the world at my fingertips! I had to learn more.  At that time, I  knew many techniques such as Reiki and Therapeutic Touch that I used for myself and my clients when we didn’t feel well, but Eden Energy Medicine was different.  It allowed a broader understanding of how energy systems were functioning.   As a nurse, I loved that ability and I loved how it was possible to teach others how they could keep their energies in balance for themselves.  Rather than always trying to repair, EEM teaches how to maintain and sustain balance.

Eden Energy Medicine works by tracking energy, it does not diagnose.  In tracking energy, you are able to identify where the energetic imbalances are.  Then specific techniques are used to get the energy flowing which improves health.

Our energies have patterns

Our energies have patterns just like we have habits. You can think of it like your computer. Just as your computer has a default setting, our energies fall back into their default patterns. So, we need to work with our energies to start the shift to build new energy patterns that nurture and support us. Most patterns are open to change and will begin to shift easily, however, some are deeply ingrained. In that case, we need to give them a little more attention, more often, to help them shift.  You will be amazed how quickly your body responds.

My mission/passion is to share with you this beautiful gift of Energy Medicine. I have had many great teachers over the past 30 years that have enabled me to help myself, my family, friends, patients and clients.  I am eternally grateful to Donna Eden and her husband David Feinstein, Ph.D., for putting together  Eden Energy Medicine, an amazing, simple, yet, extremely powerful Energy Medicine Program.  Also, for John Thie, DC for sharing a wealth of information in the Touch for Health Program.  I am also grateful for the teachings of Jeffery Allen, an Engineer that was drawn into the powerful world of energy.

So where do I start?

I would suggest that you start with a One On One Session. On your first session, you will share what’s going on and what you would like to achieve. Then I will assess and balance your foundational energies while giving you an explanation of what was found.  After the assessment you will receive an energy treatment on a massage table where you are fully clothed.  Afterwards you will be in a state of deep relaxation.

As you work with your energies, you will change how you feel, live and view your world. And the good news is that you can keep your energies balanced after a session by doing a daily energy practice that only takes 10 minutes.  Eden Energy Medicine is an easy practice to weave into your life without a struggle. There are two vlogs on the subject, one is an overall explanation of the DER with demonstrations, the other is a follow-along demonstration, with little dialogue.  The first one will give you more information of what benefits you get with each exercise, the second vlog is for you to follow along with me.  You can do these exercises every day.
