When we feel like we are alone, separate from ourselves, from people around us and from the world, we feel lonely. When we feel connected, we can breathe, connect and feel true joy.

That is the basic core of my work. The therapeutic tools I use help people to live healthy, complete and fulfilling lives. To heal from sickness or injury. To tap into their sources of strength, well being and purpose. To gain their own unique awareness of their power and gifts, in order to see the world from a more peaceful, more relaxed and more nurturing place.

In one on one sessions you can explore and learn how to discover and bring out the best in who you are and what you have to offer.

Each session is uniquely focused on what you need to accomplish. On any challenges you are facing and want to solve. On beliefs, ideas or conditions that are holding you back, and that you can change to live a happier and more balanced life.

In the first session, we will spend 90 minutes together, in person, on the phone or via zoom. We will discuss what brought you here and what you want to get out of the work we do together.

Many people find they feel better in just one session –the work is that powerful. I also offer a package of sessions, that you can use over a three-month period.

Either way, you can expect to feel like a new person, ready to face the world, with all the strength and confidence you need.

You can start feeling stronger, safer and more energized instantly with a quick reset.

Sessions are held via zoom, focusing on your immediate needs to help you address them in the moment giving you clarity and a new perspective on life.

We focus on what is happening in your life now, and than work together to bring awareness to the moment and the beautiful human being you are, back into alignment.

When you are in a place of joy, when you can see the world from a more peaceful, more relaxed and more nurturing place, then you have energy and resources to do work you need to do to focus on your life’s purpose.

In a custom workplace program, we will start with the goals that you/your business wants to accomplish.

We explore where you are and where you want to be as an organization, in combination with where each participant is individually, to create a program that brings everyone together, functioning harmoniously as a team.

Programs can be half day or full day workshops. They can also be on-going programs –usually four to eight sessions (two hours each).

The techniques I share will enhance productivity and creativity. We will practice the skills learned and reinforce techniques, to gain confidence in how to use them, creating a more successful workplace.

Workshops are a great way to empower yourself. You can learn the skills and techniques needed to help you live a more fulfilling and healthier life.

Workshops are full day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a break for lunch or half day from 9 a.m. to noon or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Workshops are a combination of short presentations, exercises, hands-on activities, and group discussions to keep things interesting and offer something different for all learning styles.
